When I first contacted Bill and Bev about getting one of their Spinone pups, I was immediately impressed with their concern that the pups be going to a good home. Any breeder who takes the time and energy to ask questions about other pets, children, fenced yard, ability to socialize with people, etc. isn't focused on the "sale" but is focused on matching their puppies with the right family and environment. Of course I had done my research as well through the SCOA and had verified that these were respected breeders with a great line of dogs.
Ricco has proven to be not only the affectionate, funny companion I wanted - but the terrific field dog my husband was anticipating. He received a Prize I in his NA test this past fall. Ricco was also chosen best of winners at the 2009 Spinoni National Competition. I couldn't ask for more - wonderful at home, in the field and in the show ring.
